Release notes for the Envision 4.19.1.0 released on January 8th, 2020.

• Re-Route of EDC Classic to EDC2 Modern
  The classic layout of EDC will no longer exist/be available. Any homes that were created on the classic view will be re-routed to the modern view.

• Various platform improvements/bug fixes
  This point release will include some platform updates needed to set us off on the right foot for 2020 as well as some high priority customer bug fix requests.

• Mass Option Assignment
  Assign options at any level higher than the plan and the assignment will be automatically copied over to all inventory below that level.

• Email Send Report
  This new report allows you to keep track of the welcome emails and the post close emails that are being sent to your buyers.

• Consumer Metrics Report
  A Consumer Metrics Analytics Report will be available in the DCM. This report will allow you access your customer engagement with stats like login rates, time on site, lead conversion and more!

• Conversion Report
  A Conversion Analytics Report will be available in the DCM. This report will show how options/products convert from viewed to wishlisted to selected.

• Add Pre-Sales Wishlists to a buyer regardless of plan
  Any browser wishlist that was created before purchase can be added to their buyer wishlist regardless of what plan the wishlist was created on. Options available on the bought plan will transfer over.  

Envision 4.18.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.17.0.0 released on October 8th, 2019.

• Visualizer Page Redesign
  Envision Visualizer page is updated to make the image much larger so that the visual changes are more clear and easy to see. 

• Option Number Displayed on Option Tile
  The option number will now display on the option tile for Designers logging in to EDC from the DCM.

• EDC Classic Sunset messaging
  Any buyers that are set up in the original EDC view will see messaging when they log in explaining how the view will change.

Release notes for the Envision 4.16.0.0 released on September 4th, 2019.

• Lot number in the Buyer Activity Report
  If a lot number is entered for a home, this will display as a column on the Buyer Activity Report.

• Label Configuration on EDC
  This feature gives more flexibility on customization on the EDC.

• Envision Canada
  For Builders and Divisions in Canada, Envision will now support Canadian currency display and addresses.

Release notes for the Envision 4.15.0.0 released on August 6th, 2019.

• Ability to select an Option Multiple times in a Designer Collection
  This is an extension of our multi-option select feature that will allow you to place an option in a Designer Collection Multiple times.

• Remove Image from Description field
  As the image already lives on the option, removing it from the description eliminates redundancy and allow faster scrolling when using the DCM on a tablet device.

• Creation Date added to the Manage Buyers Table
  Creation date column is added to make it easier to find buyers based on their creation date. Additionally a filter has been added to be able to filter by creation date.

Release notes for the Envision 4.14.0.0 released on June 26th, 2019.

• Ability to Select an Option Multiple Times
  This feature will allow an option to be selected multiple times from the Add Selections page. This allows the same option to be selected with different attributes on it (primarily a different product, but can be different attributes, notes or price). Additionally the confirmed tag on the selection will become a button that can be clicked. This will open a modal and allow edits to confirmed selections right from the Add Selections page.

• DCM: Default Option Sort Order
  In the DCM Settings - Set your option sort order to be by option name, option number, price (high to low or low to high). You can group by category or get rid of that grouping completely.
   
• EDC2: Suppress Closed Categories
  In EDC2 if a category is closed with no confirmed options underneath, it will no longer display on the Design Choices page.

Envision 4.14.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.13.0.0 released on June 4th, 2019.

• Ability to Specify Quantity in EDC
  This feature will allow users to be able to specify a quantity of Wish Listed products. This allows buyers to see more accurate pricing and will be particularly helpful on products such as fans and lighting.

• Unsaved Changes Enhancement
  This enhancement will warn users that they have unsaved selections before they navigate away from a selections page.

• Designer Checklist Enhancement
  When a category is opened on the Design Checklist, it will automatically open all child categories.

• Integration Technology Updates
  In an effort to keep our platform and technology current, we can now support integrations using jSon formatted data through our Web-Services.

  The Gaming Engine Feature, due out this year requires new product assets to take our 2D experience to a 3D experience. We have updated our Product Manager to support these product assets.

• Option Pricing Report in DCM
  Option Pricing Report is now available in the DCM application.

• Option to Remove Gradient from Category Images
  Ability to remove the gradient from the category images in EDC. NOTE: Only use if category images are dark images.

• Designer Collections Setup Enhancement
  Easier to universally assign options to a Designer Collection at levels higher than the plan level.

• Close Categories by default for Buyers
  Mark categories as closed that you don't want your buyer to browse, but to be able to view selected.

Envision 4.11.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for Envision 4.10.0.0 released on February 26th 2019.

• Packages in Visualizer
  Currently the visualizer works where only one product in one area can be updated at a time. This new feature will allow the creation of packages where the user can click on a package and see multiple products display in the visualizer together (example Kitchen Package includes Cabinets, Counter tops and Back splash).

• OM: Filter by Assignment
  In the manage options screen in OM, there will be an additional filter section to view by assignment. These filters will allow you to see where options are assigned and even more importantly, where options are NOT assigned.

Envision 4.10.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.8.0.0 released on January 21st, 2019.

• Designer Collections available in DCM
  This feature will make the Designer Collections available to view and select from within the DCM.

• Manufacturer Brand logos display in EDC2.0
  At the lowest category level, the branding of all manufacturer products available will display as a banner at the top of the page to provide brand recognition and familiarize the buyer with the products they can select from.

• DCM: QR Code Scanner 
  The QR Code Scanner has been updated to live within the DCM instead of needing to download an outside app.

Envision 4.8.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.7.0.0 released on December 10th, 2018.

• Updates to the Drag and Drop Option Placement feature
  • Edit options from the floor plan tab.
  • Print the option placement images as part of the contract addendum.
  • Mark options as required to place on the floor plan in order to select.

• EDC2 Updates
  • Static header on Option Tiles – this will display the compare feature more prominently.
  • Room visualizer indicator on options – know which options are available to be used in the room visualizer.

• Infrastructure Upgrades
  All of our applications will be on new version of code and our operating system will be updated to a newer version– this will allow us to continue to provide a stable product offering and support new technologies

Release notes for the Envision 4.6.0.0 released on November 6th, 2018.

• Drag and Drop Option Placement feature 
  Allows you to assign icons to an option. That icon can be dragged and dropped on a floor plan image to show in the DCM, see where that option should be installed in the home. This will be really helpful for electrical options, but can be used for any option available in Envision. These images with the options placed can be printed to a PDF to be distributed as needed.

    • A new image type called floor plan that can be manually uploaded or sent in via web-services on a plan or home.
    • The ability to choose from an extensive library of icons to associate with any option.
    • A floor plan tab which displays the image and all options with icons for placement.
    • A toggle to Hide the left navigation menu and allow a larger image.
    • Drag and drop icons on the floor plan.
    • Click on any placed icon to rotate or delete.
    • Add notes to the floor plan.
    • Print the floor plan with the placed icons.

Envision 4.6.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.5.0.0 released on September 18th, 2018

• EDC: Community/Plan/Address listed as a sub-header
  We have added a sub-header on EDC. This will display the Community, Plan and Address if provided and will display across all EDC pages so the buyer always has that data to reference.

• EDC: Left Navigation Configurability
  The left navigation options will now be sortable. Home will be permanently the 1st item. Design Choices will permanently be the 2nd item. All other options will be configurable.

Release notes for the Envision 4.4.0.0 released on August 15th, 2018.

• Attribute Lists
  • Create Attribute Lists to be available for selection on options.
  • Associated images with attributes for better understanding of the attribute.
  • Link attributes to one or many options, link multiple attribute lists to one option.

  • Designers can select attributes on in the DCM on options.
  • Attribute lists will print on the addendum and be sent back through Buyer Selections.**

Envision 4.4.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.3.0.0 released on July 17th. 2018.

• DCM—New Approval Process Workflow option
  The objective of this feature is to give the builders another level of process when selecting options. The options can be selected but require approval before they are officially confirmed.
  • NOTE: This feature requires a request to Envision to be turned on

• DCM—Coordinate Function
  When selecting options through the coordinate function, the notes will automatically copy to all the coordinated options.

• EDC2—Usability update
  On the Option tiles in EDC, the ‘View Details’ button is now centered and the Wishlist button has been moved to the lower left corner.

Envision 4.3.0.0 Release Notes

Release notes for the Envision 4.2.0.0 released on June 15th, 2018.

• Support for Option Disclosures
  The objective of this feature is to give the ability to tie disclosures to any given option. Once a disclosure is linked to a product, it is printed as part of the Contract Addendum.
